Fun with Weather Maps and News

Participants interact with props, outfits, cue cards, and green screen technology to produce video segments simulating weather newscasts! They will learn position, body and hands placements, with movement synchronized by watching off camera monitors, and the concept of layering photo/video effects with graphic overlays to create interactive video sequences.

Program designed to be scaled as needed. Minimum of 7 kids up to 15 at a time, however we can rotate with different ages, or split groups as needed. Costs range to fit any budget from photos and prop play only,  just interacting with maps, full use of props and video, or a 5 week news production ending with final weathercast.

During this program, the students will interact with green screens as weather maps, with various props and video clips, acting out rain storms, winter scenes and more. They will learn position, body and hands placements, with movement synchronized by watching off camera monitors, and the concept of layering photo/video effects with graphic overlays to create interactive video sequences.
